Flex is seeking an EHS Manager to lead Environmental Health & Safety across Blackburn and Preston sites. The role reports to the Head of EHS EMEA and requires implementing complex EHS programs to meet standards and regulations. You will oversee training, incident prevention, and regulatory compliance.

Travel between sites is essential. A relevant degree, ISO 45001/14001 knowledge and IOSH/NEBOSH qualification are expected, along with strong communication and organisational skills.

Formación

• Degree in a relevant field and demonstrable experience in a similar manufacturing/industrial setting.
• Thorough knowledge of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001.
• Experience working with sub-contractors and suppliers.
• Member of IOSH or NEBOSH.
• Full driving licence and willingness to travel between sites.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and ability to organise workload.

Responsabilidades

• Overall responsibility for EHS across Blackburn and Preston Operations.
• Communicate Environmental, Health & Safety duties to the Senior Management Team.
• Develop and deliver health & safety training programs and promote a strong safety culture.
• Maintain and coordinate ISO 45001 & ISO 14001 management systems.
• Review and approve EHS activities and drive continuous improvement.
