Job summary

Executive Network Group is seeking an experienced EHS Manager for a Hertfordshire site on a 6‑month contract. This is a hands‑on role with an EHS Advisor reporting to you, responsible for stabilising the site, addressing the backlog and delivering day‑to‑day EHS performance across operations.

You will drive audits, COSHH and risk assessments, with a focus on environmental compliance and ISO 14001. Strong manufacturing experience and the ability to prioritise and translate plans into action are

Qualifications

• Strong manufacturing EHS background and experience in leading EHS initiatives.
• Ability to prioritise a busy workload and drive actions to completion.
• Experience with external audits, COSHH, risk assessments and environmental compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day EHS performance for the Hertfordshire site.
• Supervise an EHS Advisor and provide direction while remaining close to operations.
• Establish priorities, address backlog, and deliver visible improvements to the site.
• Coordinate external audits, environmental requirements and COSHH/machine assessments.
