Job summary

CBRE Health, Safety and Environment Manager role focusing on developing and managing HSE programs to ensure regulatory compliance and CBRE/client policies. Part of the Environment Health and Safety function, safeguarding employees and communities.

You will lead the EHS team, oversee PTW processes, perform risk assessments, monitor HSE metrics, and drive continuous improvement across accounts in the UK.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare environments preferred.
• Experience implementing PTW permit to work processes.

Responsibilities

• Promote a positive culture to influence stakeholders and ensure compliance.
• Lead the EHS team in day-to-day operations and client expectations.
• Oversee the PTW process and ensure integration with procedures.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement effective controls.
• Monitor HSE metrics, analyze data, and identify trends.
• Investigate incidents and identify root causes for corrective actions.
• Communicate findings and concerns to management and stakeholders.
