Job summary

Responsibilities

  • Promote a positive culture to influence stakeholders and ensure compliance.
  • Assist with implementing and reviewing playbooks and procedures; drive program consistency.
  • Manage initiatives to meet regulatory, legal, and compliance requirements.
  • Track operational and safety risks; develop and manage risk strategies.
  • Lead the EHS team in day-to-day operations and client expectations.
  • Oversee the PTW process and integrate procedures and requirements.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and job hazard analyses to identify hazards.
  • Identify site-specific EHS training and verifications.
  • Monitor and report HSE metrics; analyze data for trends.
  • Investigate incidents to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
  • Assess risks continuously and implement control measures.
