Job summary

CBRE Health, Safety and Environment Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing health, safety and environmental programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and client policies. The role leads the EHS team and oversees risk management, PTW processes and site inspections to protect employees and communities.

The position requires 3–5 years of relevant experience, a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent certifications/education), and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
  • In lieu of a degree, a combination of certifications, experience and education will be considered.
  • Leadership skills to motivate team and impact on quality, efficiency, and effectiveness.
  • Experience in a pharmaceutical or healthcare environment.
  • Experience in implementing PTW permit to work processes and procedures.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

  • Promote a positive culture to influence stakeholders and ensure compliance.
  • Assist with implementing and reviewing playbooks and procedures to drive program consistency.
  • Manage initiatives to meet regulatory, legal, and compliance requirements.
  • Lead the EHS team in day-to-day operations and client expectations.
  • Oversee PTW processes, risk assessments and job hazard analyses.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve day-to-day issues within systems and processes.
  • Communicate findings and deficiencies to responsible managers.
  • Monitor HSE metrics and regulatory compliance across the account.
