Job summary

AB InBev UK is seeking an Associate-level EHS Manager to lead the brewery's Environment, Health & Safety agenda in Preston. You will champion world-class safety, drive risk reduction, and embed ownership across operations.

You will manage compliance with AB InBev standards, regulatory requirements and ISO standards while leading governance and capability development. This role reports to the brewery leadership team.

Qualifications

• Degree in EHS, Engineering, Occupational Health, Environmental Science or related field.
• NEBOSH Diploma or NCRQ preferred; IOSH/IEMA membership desirable.
• Proven experience leading EHS programs in FMCG/beverage/manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Lead EHS strategy and embed SAFE Together culture.
• Oversee SIF prevention, risk assessments, and high-risk controls.
• Direct incident investigations and root-cause analysis.
• Drive environmental compliance and continuous improvement.
• Maintain ISO 14001/45001 governance and audits.
• Own VPO Safety Pillar and provide data-driven insights.
• Lead occupational health and wellbeing programs.
• Develop EHS capability through training and coaching.
• Track KPIs and drive improvements in safety metrics.
