Job summary

AB InBev is seeking an EHS Manager to lead the brewery's environment, health, and safety agenda. You will champion world‑class safety performance, embed ownership, and drive continuous improvement across operations.

The role requires 5–10+ years in EHS leadership within FMCG/manufacturing, with strong incident management and regulatory compliance experience. Join a team focused on safety, sustainability, and high performance.

Qualifications

• Degree in EHS, Engineering, Occupational Health, Environmental Science, or related discipline.
• NEBOSH Diploma/NCRQ or equivalent preferred; IOSH/IEMA membership desirable.
• Experience leading EHS leadership in FMCG/beverage/manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead HSE strategy and culture across the brewery operations.
• Manage SIF prevention and high-risk activity controls.
• Oversee investigations, root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Drive environmental compliance and improvements (water, waste, energy).
• Maintain ISO 14001/45001 compliance and audits.
