Salary: £66,274 - £73,496 Per annum inclusive of HCAS

A Vacancy at University College London Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.

We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic Epic-certified/accredited professional with a keen interest in digital healthcare supporting our Patient Access (PA&F) Team.

The successful candidates will join an experienced and wider diverse team of analysts who support UCLH’s Epic EHR and our wider digital partnerships and be part of an internal team with expertise across Springboard, Cadence, Grand Central, Prelude, Springboard and Welcome.

Our team also supports the Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital (RNOH) and will play an important role in future Epic Connect partnerships.

The post holder leads the design, configuration, build and testing of their application module, ensuring delivery against governance, quality standards and project plans. Working with clinicians, operational managers and subject matter experts, they analyse service needs, define best practice workflows and support system optimisation aligned with Trust strategic objectives.

They develop and support analysts, collaborate across integrated EHR teams, and contribute to upgrades, testing and safe deployment of new functionality. The role includes resolving incidents, providing specialist end user support, and maintaining strong relationships with departmental leads to ensure effective, clinically aligned system use.

You will be fully supported by your manager and team throughout this process.

This is a hybrid role, requiring a minimum of one day on-site per fortnight, with flexibility to attend more frequently based on business needs, making it suitable for staff seeking a hybrid working opportunity.
