Job summary

Responsibilities

• Build and test new diagnostic orders on the ICT system.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of PAH applications supported by the team.
• Adhere to ITIL-based ITSM practices: incident, problem, release and change management.
• Manage day-to-day system management, security and access controls.
• Review the ITSM queue and complete assigned items.
• Participate in change management, release testing and system audits.
• Support training for end users on relevant applications.
