We are looking for an Administrator within our EHCP Team. As EHCP Team Administrator, you will ensure the smooth running of the EHCP team who are responsible for our annual Education Health & Social Care Plans (EHCP) review process.
Your role will involve doing all administration for the annual reviews including arranging & attending meetings (if required) and completing all the necessary paperwork.
You will also be responsible for all the administration associated with the transition of pupils into and out of the school which will include inputting information onto SIMS and keeping it up to date, liaising with the local authority and other specialist education and health service professionals.
