Baltimore Consulting Limited is seeking an experienced EHCP Coordinator for a 3-month contract in South London. The role focuses on progressing Education, Health and Care Plans with emphasis on phase transfers and statutory processes, supporting children and young people aged 0-25.
The post requires Local Authority experience, strong knowledge of SEND legislation, and the ability to draft and amend plans while coordinating annual reviews and responding to stakeholder queries.
