Job summary

Cardinal Newman College is seeking an EHCP and PEEP Coordinator to join our ALS and Foundation Learning teams. You will coordinate EHCP processes, plan annual reviews, gather evidence and liaise with teaching staff to ensure accurate records and timely submissions. A commitment to safeguarding and understanding of SEND Code of Practice is essential.

The role is full-time, based at our Preston campus, with term-time plus four weeks and salary in line with our support staff scales.

Qualifications

• GCSE English and Maths at Grade 4–9 (A*–C) or equivalent.
• Experience of working with young people in an education, support or SEND setting.
• Sound understanding of the SEND Code of Practice and related frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate EHCPs and annual reviews across College areas.
• Plan, prepare and manage the annual EHCP review cycle and gather evidence.
• Maintain accurate EHCP records, dates, contacts and actions.
• Monitor deadlines and ensure documentation is completed on time.
