Cardinal Newman College is seeking an EHCP and PEEP Coordinator to support students with EHCPs and Personal Educational Entitlement Plans. The role requires experience in SEND settings and a solid understanding of the SEND Code of Practice.
You will coordinate the EHCP process across the College, manage the annual review cycle, and maintain accurate records. The position is full-time, term-time plus 4 weeks, with a competitive pay spine.

The ALS and Foundation Learning Department is seeking a candidate with GCSEs in English Language and Mathematics at Grade 4–9 (A*–C), or equivalent qualifications, experience of working with young people in an education, support or special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) setting, including supporting learners on mainstream Level 3 programmes, and a sound understanding of the SEND Code of Practice and Lancashire’s Local Offer.
You should display the values, attitudes, and behaviours consistent with the Catholic Ethos of the College and have a commitment to equality and diversity and the safeguarding of young people and vulnerable adults.
Hours:37 hours per week, term time plus 4 weeks. Starting and finishing times as agreed.
Salary:The post will be paid on the Sixth Form Colleges’ Support Staff Pay Spine at points 17 to 19 – pro rata to £34,253 to £36,564 Actual Salary £33,024 to £35,252.
