Learning Curve Group are seeking an EHCP Learning Support Assistant to support learners at Wakefield Military Academy. This fixed-term role supports post-16 learners with additional needs and requires a strong SEND background.
You will work 12 hours per week across Monday and Thursday, with term-time terms until 30 June 2027, providing structured interventions, adapting materials, and recording progress for SENCo reviews. Applicants should have GCSE Maths/English and NVQ3 or equivalent.

As a Learning Support Assistant at our Military Academy in Wakefield, you will assist our learners with additional learning needs. This unique role is a part‑time role on a fixed‑term basis. A strong background in supporting young people with Special Educational Needs and/or Disabilities (SEND) is essential.
