Doncaster College is seeking an EHCP Coordinator to join the Additional Learning Support team. The role focuses on supporting learners with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs), coordinating annual reviews and ensuring statutory requirements are met to help learners achieve positive outcomes.

• Support the identification and tracking of learners with EHCPs across the College.
• Liaise with students, parents/carers, external agencies and college staff throughout the consultation and review process.
• Coordinate and prepare annual reviews, including gathering information from key stakeholders.
• Chair EHCP annual review meetings as directed by the line manager.
• Attend Year 10 and Year 11 annual reviews where required.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements relating to EHCPs and the SEND Code of Practice.
• Promote and deliver a person-centred approach to EHCP reviews and learner support.
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to reporting and quality improvement activities.
