Central Bedfordshire Council is seeking an EHCP Coordinator to join our EHC Team. You will coordinate Education, Health and Care needs assessments across the 0-25 cohort and act as the main contact for children, young people, and families along with schools and professionals.

You will join a busy, supportive team with training opportunities and a chance to progress through accredited development. The role is hybrid, with flexible location and hours.

Formación

• Sound knowledge of the SEND Code of Practice and SEND Legislation.
• Experience writing, reviewing and amending Education, Health and Care Plans.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate all facets of EHC needs assessments and deliver quality on time.
• Manage a caseload of children and young people undergoing EHC needs assessment.
• Be main point of contact for parents or carers and professionals on caseload.
• Lead a multi-disciplinary network to coordinate provision and co-production meetings.
• Analyse professional advice to produce quality EHC Plans.
• Maintain robust record keeping and case management systems.
