Qualifications

• Ability to ensure compliance with legal and school requirements
• Maintaining accurate EHC records and documentation

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate EHC plans from initiation through to review and completion
• Act as a point of contact for schools, parents, and local authorities
• Ensure compliance with legal and school requirements
• Maintain accurate records and documentation relating to EHC plans
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to meet individual needs
• Provide guidance and support to families throughout the process
• Contribute to policy development and best practice within the SEN framework
