Job summary

Service Care is seeking an EHC Coordinator on a part-time contract to oversee Education, Health and Care plans for students with Special Educational Needs. You will liaise with schools, parents and local authorities to ensure tailored support is implemented effectively and in line with current policies.

Qualifications
