Zusammenfassung

SUEZ in Billingham, UK, is seeking a skilled Maintenance Planner to own the planning and coordination of all planned maintenance shutdown activities across the site. You will deliver the three annual outages safely, on schedule and within budget, working with Operations, Maintenance, Procurement and Contractors.

You will develop detailed plans using Microsoft Project and CMMS, manage resources and spares, and drive continuous improvement through post-shutdown reviews.

Qualifikationen

• Recognised engineering apprenticeship or equivalent qualification (minimum ONC).
• Proven maintenance planning experience in heavy industrial environments, including shutdowns/outages/turnarounds.
• Experience with CMMS and Microsoft Project for scheduling and planning.
• Experience in contractor management, procurement and inventory control.
• Health and safety qualification such as IOSH Managing Safely or NEBOSH.

Aufgaben

• Develop and manage detailed shutdown and maintenance plans using Microsoft Project and CMMS, ensuring effective scheduling and resource allocation.
• Manage shutdown delivery by controlling scope, critical path activities, progress and planning meetings.
• Monitor outage performance, update schedules and lead post-shutdown reviews to capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement.
• Coordinate engineering, maintenance and contractor resources throughout planning and execution, producing work packs including permits, risk assessments, resource requirements and spares.
