• Complete barrow checks before starting and document faults.
• Ensure all minimum date stock is used and labels ordered.
• Pick and strap pallets when required.
• Check orders against the minus sheet for accuracy.
• Prepare electronic/manual load plans as needed.
• Check pallets and labels for correctness.
• Compare load plan against the order to ensure completeness.
• Document key hand-ins and loading times.
• Check the temperature and hygiene of the lorry.
• Secure loads with bars or straps.
• Ensure delivery notes are signed by the driver.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness in the dispatch area.
• Achieve daily targets.
