Regional Property and Critical Engineering department manages the operational delivery of best-in-class property and engineering management services and products to enhance staff workplace satisfaction and productivity. It ensures a consistently reliable infrastructure 24/7 to support a world-leading financial services company's operations. The department provides management oversight and reporting of engineering services for all facilities, embodying the Pride and Precision mission in all regional property and engineering management operations.

As the EMEA Regional Property and Engineering Head - Global Real Estate – Executive Director, you will develop short- and long-term property operations management and engineering programs aligned with the Global Real Estate (GRE) global and regional agendas to support business needs, leveraging industry trends and innovations.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Lead and Develop Teams: Build a high-performing team with passionate, role-fit professionals, focusing on talent attraction and retention; ensure cohesive operations across property management, workplace operations, FLS/EHS, and engineering functions.
  2. Standardize and Implement Guidelines: Maintain consistency of global/regional playbooks, guidelines, standards, and procedures; deliver precision and pride in daily operations.
  3. Promote Sustainability: Develop programs supporting green goals, incorporating industry trends; manage sustainability initiatives holistically from site selection to daily operations.
  4. Enhance Resiliency: Strategize and implement resiliency programs through infrastructure and resource planning; oversee management of data centers, representing GRE in resiliency forums.
  5. Facilitate Project Design and Transactions: Support site selection and due diligence; manage design remits for new projects ensuring standards and operational requirements are met.
  6. Cultivate Client Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders including Technology, Security, and Compliance.
  7. Ensure Safety and Compliance: Manage FLS and EHS programs according to standards and regulations; conduct audits and represent the firm in governance forums.
  8. Oversee Moves, Adds, and Changes (MACs): Coordinate with D&C PMO for timely, cost-effective services.
  9. Control Financials and Operations: Develop and oversee budgets; ensure effective financial reporting and analytics for performance improvements.
  10. Manage Vendor Partnerships: Oversee vendor relationships, ensuring alignment with SLAs and KPIs; collaborate with sourcing teams.
  11. Support Critical Engineering: Provide oversight and support for engineering leadership in engagements, reporting, and administration.
