Salary: Up to £30,000 plus £5,000 car allowance or company car
Location: Field Based
Working Hours: 8:30/9:00 - 17:00/17:30
This role involves cross-selling and up-selling to businesses with a typical employee size between 10 and 30. The majority of your time will be spent visiting customers to hold face-to-face meetings with them, with a typical week being 1 day in the office/home and 4 days out on customer visits. As a Field Account Manager, your role will involve being a trusted advisor to your customer base, proactively offering consultative assistance for any projects pertaining to digital transformation. It is a busy, customer-facing role delivering exceptional levels of service consistently alongside meeting sales targets. You will take ownership of customer accounts and utilize the support departments where necessary.
