Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to interpret data are essential. Being numerate and an advanced user of Excel (formulas, pivot tables, and VLOOKUPs) is also required.
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, or recent qualification with a business, accountancy, or quantity surveying degree.
This role may require occasional travel to different offices, so a full driving license is necessary.
