Job DescriptionA High Profile Global FTSE manufacturer are looking to recruit a Supply Planning Manager to join their team in the North West.
The main objective of the role is to develop, optimise and maintain the production planning strategy for UK production plants.
Key duties will include:
- Lead and develop a medium sized team of supply planners.
- Accountable for production planning of all manufacturing sites, and replenishment planning of all raw material distribution sites.
- Manage raw materials make v's buy planning to ensure best value is always achieved.
- Monitor and develop appropriate KPI reporting.
- Produce reports and lead supplier reviews with Director level internal stakeholders.
- Use MRP systems effectively to ensure the supply plan is maintained.
- Run the Distribution Replenishment Planning and IBP processes.

Candidate Requirements
- Our client is looking for candidate who have 5+ years supply or production planning experience for large complex manufacturers.
- Ideally you will currently be a Supply Planning Manager, or an experienced Senior Planner looking for career progression.
- Must have experience of managing a team over recent years.
- Proven ability of building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders at senior manager or director level.
- Experienced in presenting complex information to senior stakeholders.
- Must have advanced skills with MRP, IBP or S&OP systems.
