The Improvement Service is looking for a Transformation Coach to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to shape how local and national government - and their partners across Scotland - use data to identify vulnerable people and deliver early help. The initial focus of this work will be tackling child poverty and family support.
About the role
You will work with local partnerships, guiding them through the SAVVI (Scalable Approach to Vulnerability Via Interoperability) process - an innovative, data-driven approach to identifying and supporting vulnerable households before they reach crisis point.

We're seeking someone who combines excellent people skills with a passion for improvement. They will have:
Knowledge of information governance, data sharing, or early intervention is an advantage, but formal SAVVI expertise is not required - we'll train and support you.
Location: West Lothian Civic Centre, Howden South Road, Livingston, West Lothian EH54 6FF, with travel throughout Scotland as required. It is anticipated that the role will involve a blended model of office and home working and this flexible approach will be agreed between employee and line manager.
Duration: 1 Year Fixed Term
Hours: 36 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Closing date: 8 June 2025
A competence based interview will take place on 8 or 9 July 2025 (shortlisted candidates will be advised by email a week in advance of the interview).
