The role of the Specification Sales Manager – Passive Fire Protection / Fire Resistant Products will involve:

• Technical sales position selling a high-quality range of passive fire protection / fire resistant products

• Generating specification with architects, specifiers, drylining contractors, specialist fire protection contractors, and building envelope contractors

• Order values ranging from £20k-£300k+ depending on project size and scope

• Focus on projects such as hotels, universities, and commercial buildings

• Working alongside the General Manager

• Covering across the UK

The ideal applicant will have:

• Experience in technical construction specification sales

• Targeting architects, drylining contractors, building envelope contractors, and sub-contractors

• Knowledge of passive fire protection products such as drylining, boarding, cavity barriers, thermal protection, plasterboards, insulation, partition systems, panel wall systems, fire-resistant panels, blockwork walls, durasteel, and acoustics

• Experience with similar technical solutions

• A proactive, consultative approach to new business development
