An opportunity has arisen for an experienced and registered Pharmacy Technician to join our flexible, friendly, hardworking, and well-established Medicine Management pharmacy team at Queens Hospital, Burton.
As an MMT, you will be responsible for providing a safe, efficient, and accurate ward-based pharmacy service for hospital inpatients. This includes medicines reconciliation, patient counselling, and ensuring safe and timely discharges.
You will need to prioritize and manage your workload effectively to provide a Medicines Management Service to inpatients on the ward, with support from the team.
Coordinate with other sections and members of the multidisciplinary team.
The team encourages personal development and recognizes the importance of a work-life balance.
