As a Personal Care Assistant, you'll be part of our client's dedicated support team, providing essential care in their home. You will be employed by HomeCareDirect but will focus solely on supporting this client.
We have various hours available for both part-time and full-time positions, arranged in advance on a flexible two-week rota. You should be available to work any day of the week, with day and evening shifts only.
Our client is a young woman in her 20s with Muscular Dystrophy. She lives at home with her family and has a passion for writing, poetry, and fanfiction. She also enjoys watching films and listening to music and audiobooks.
You will play a key role in supporting her daily needs while respecting her independence and privacy.
We provide comprehensive, paid training (to CQC standards) before your start date, covering:
All training must be completed prior to the start date and is paid at minimum wage.
