Your new role
As a Construction Manager in a leading commercial fitout environment, you will be responsible for the safe, timely, and high-quality delivery of fitout projects. You should have a deep understanding of fast-paced, design-led environments and the ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships while maintaining operational excellence on site. The role requires technical expertise, strong leadership, and commercial awareness to manage high-spec projects, ensuring quality, safety, and adherence to programmes.

What you'll need to succeed

• Deep understanding of Cat A and Cat B fitouts, including sequencing, finishes, and services integration
• Familiarity with UK building regulations, CDM 2015, and health & safety legislation
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to defect-free project delivery
• Experience leading diverse trade teams and ensuring they meet programme and quality standards
• Understanding of project budgets, value engineering, and variation control
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing site conditions
