Panthera Partners is working exclusively with a well-capitalised, energy transition core-plus fund that is expanding its investment team. Despite broader market conditions, the fund is experiencing exceptional growth and performance, and we are pleased to support them in appointing a Senior Associate to join their deal team.

As the most experienced of three associates, the Senior Associate will play a key role in the sourcing, analysis, and execution of renewable energy investments. The position offers significant responsibility, including the opportunity to lead on selected transactions and disposals. For the right individual, this role offers a clear path to Vice President.

The ideal candidate will:

• Currently be an Associate or Senior Associate with a PE firm or the M&A division of a top-tier investment bank
• Possess a strong understanding of the UK and European renewable energy landscape, with experience in project finance or investment analysis
• Demonstrate advanced financial modelling and analytical research capabilities
• Have experience supporting due diligence processes and preparing high-quality investment proposals
• Hold a bachelor's degree from a leading university
