IT Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide 2nd line technical support to internal and external teams, ensuring efficient practices and service levels.
  2. Coordinate with third-party providers and suppliers to resolve support issues.
  3. Maintain documentation of updates and communicate with end users within designated timeframes.
  4. Prioritize support tickets based on impact and urgency.
  5. Assist other offices or teams, which may include face-to-face visits.

What You Would Bring:

  • Experience in an IT service desk environment.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of:
    • Hardware configuration and deployment
