About The Role

As a Warehouse Controller at GSF Car Parts, you are responsible for motivating and leading a team of Warehouse Operatives. You will ensure that stock levels support sales budgets and that the operational functions of the Warehouse run smoothly.

Main Duties Include

• Manage the organisation and performance of the Goods In, Goods Out, Returns, and Stock Control departments to ensure efficiency
• Pick and load vans/carriers accurately for timely customer deliveries
• Verify stock quantities against computer records
• Develop effective solutions to challenges using personal judgment and initiative
• Assist the branch manager with holiday/sickness cover, weekly planning, team development, and collaboration with drivers to optimize delivery services
• Create a positive environment where employees are valued and can reach their potential

Working Hours

45 hours per week, Monday to Friday, including alternate Saturday working

About You

You will have a proven track record of managing a warehouse, ideally in a fast-paced environment such as FMCG.

What You'll Need To Succeed
