Position: Engagement Manager at GlideFast Consulting

As an Engagement Manager, you will be responsible for managing and delivering ServiceNow implementation projects. Your role includes overseeing resources, scope, schedule, and costs, while applying best practices in project management. You will lead project management activities, define work schedules, review deliverables, address discrepancies, and communicate effectively with clients and team members.

Essential Functions:
  1. Develop and maintain relationships with key client stakeholders.
  2. Partner with clients to deliver best practice solutions aligned with their business objectives.
  3. Oversee scope, time, and schedule management for assigned projects.
  4. Manage projects using GlideFast Engagement Methodology based on ServiceNow SAIF.
  5. Create Work Breakdown Structures and project plans using MS Project or similar tools.
  6. Keep PPM updated with project status, risks, and issues.
  7. Provide weekly status updates to clients and management.
  8. Update resource plans regularly as directed.
  9. Ensure timely delivery and storage of project collateral, including checklists, presentations, plans, and notes.
  10. Collaborate with solution consultants, business process consultants, and developers.
  11. Lead discovery workshops to validate engagement requirements.
  12. Deliver measurable results within set timelines, ensuring positive customer feedback.
  13. Maintain high CSAT scores.
Required Skills and Experience:
  1. At least 3 years in a consulting role managing professional service engagements.
  2. Experience leading implementations of two or more ServiceNow applications (e.g., ITSM, ITBM, CSM, HR, ITOM).
  3. Proficiency with Agile methodologies.
  4. Knowledge of ITIL practices.
  5. Experience with project management tools like MS Project, JIRA, ServiceNow PPM; ServiceNow PPM experience preferred.
  6. Experience as a Scrum Master.
  7. Ability to produce effective, regular client project status reports.
  8. Strong documentation skills for decisions, actions, and risks.
  9. Professionalism during client interactions.
  10. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Certifications and Education:
  • ITIL V3 or V4 Foundations Certification (required).
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (required).
  • SAFe Certification (preferred).
  • PMP Certification (preferred).
