Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and strategic Recruitment Marketing and Brand Manager on a 12-month FTC to elevate our employer brand and attract top talent across our international markets. This role involves championing our talent story, developing strategies, and executing campaigns to promote Swissport as an employer of choice.

You will lead initiatives in recruitment branding, advertising, and social media, crafting narratives, creating engaging content, and deploying targeted campaigns that showcase our culture, values, and career opportunities globally.

Collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners, you will ensure a consistent, high-impact employer brand presence aligned with global recruitment trends.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead a global recruitment marketing strategy aligned with our 2030 vision.
  • Create impactful marketing campaigns for diverse talent pools in competitive markets.
  • Generate authentic content (employee stories, videos, site features) highlighting our inclusive culture and career growth opportunities.
  • Manage our employer brand across channels like LinkedIn, Glassdoor, industry platforms, and events.
  • Coordinate with Talent Acquisition, HR, Marketing, and Communications to ensure aligned messaging and candidate experience.
  • Develop toolkits, templates, and messaging frameworks for regional brand consistency.
  • Use data insights to monitor and improve campaign performance and market engagement.
  • Support EVP activation and employee advocacy initiatives.
  • Partner with HR and business leaders to promote brand positioning and best practices in recruitment marketing.
  • Manage relationships with creative agencies to produce high-quality marketing assets.

Qualifications and Competencies:

  • 8+ years experience in recruitment marketing or employer branding in an international setting.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, content creation, and social media strategy.
  • Excellent project management skills for handling multiple global initiatives.
  • Effective communication and storytelling abilities.
  • Experience with recruitment platforms, CRM/ATS, and analytics tools.
  • Collaborative mindset with ability to work across cultures and time zones.
  • Passion for people, culture, and candidate experience.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
  • Experience in a matrixed, multinational organization.
  • Knowledge of DEI best practices in talent marketing.
  • Proficiency in multiple languages.
