Role overview:

Zenergi is hiring Business Intelligence Executives to join their growing sales team. You will collaborate with sales and marketing leadership on lead generation strategies to drive growth across the UK, including planning, executing, and reporting on demand generation activities like cold calling and email campaigns.

Key objectives:
  • Identify, develop, and grow new business through prospecting and canvassing
  • Support the sales team with outreach plans to initiate conversations with prospects
  • Achieve quarterly sales and activity targets
  • Maintain accurate records of contacts and results in the CRM
  • Enhance data quality for better contact targeting
  • Liaise with other company functions to support organizational development
  • Attend training to develop relevant skills
  • Collaborate on strategic sales campaigns with sales and marketing teams
  • Work with stakeholders to ensure cohesive initiatives that enhance customer experience
Candidate requirements:
  • Experience in demand/lead generation activities for B2B solutions
  • Proven track record of meeting sales and activity targets
  • Passion for delivering value and developing impactful campaigns
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritize tasks
  • Strong analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with HubSpot CRM, LinkedIn, marketing automation, and tracking tools (beneficial)
