Work Scheduler: Oldbury: Make a Real Impact

Are you a highly organized and communicative individual looking for a rewarding career in the building services industry? Our client, a leading provider of building repairs, planned maintenance, and improvements to some of the UK’s largest properties, is seeking a Work Scheduler to join their dynamic team based in Oldbury.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Work as part of a team to schedule and plan building repairs, maintenance, and improvements in a cost-effective and organized way.
  2. Provide excellent customer service to residents and clients, addressing their queries and scheduling appointments with tradespeople.
  3. Manage and reschedule appointments using specialized planning tools.
  4. Log and update job information on our job management system/database.
  5. Collaborate with supervisors and tradespeople to ensure smooth workflow and effective scheduling.
Requirements
  1. Proven experience working in a fast-paced call centre environment.
  2. Ability to multi-task effectively and consistently meet deadlines and targets.
  3. Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), a keen eye for detail, and a professional approach.
