Hours of work: Monday - Friday 9am-5pm (2 days in office, 3 from home with some flexibility)

Essential experience:

ResourceLink/Zellis experience is mandatory. Candidates without this will not be considered.

• Process payroll fortnightly and monthly for 4,000 employees using ResourceLink/Zellis
• Check timesheets and manage time and attendance
• Perform manual calculations as needed
• Respond to employee queries
• Handle statutory deductions

Key requirements:

• Proven experience with ResourceLink/Zellis is essential
• Minimum 2 years payroll experience
• Strong Excel skills
• Highly organized, proactive, patient, efficient, enthusiastic, and driven
