Commercial Property department at this law firm in Bristol, which is well-regarded for its work in Commercial Property law, is looking to recruit a Commercial Property lawyer with 0 to 3 years’ PQE.

The Real Estate team is extremely busy and handles a wide range of property work for household name clients. Matters include development projects, acquisitions and disposals of investment, retail and industrial property, landlord and tenant issues, and estate and portfolio management instructions for public sector entities, institutional investors, and national retailers.

The successful candidate will undertake a varied and challenging caseload.

Responsibilities

1. Help develop the team's local market share.
2. Assist on larger transactions.
3. Manage your own caseload of smaller matters with appropriate supervision.
4. Contribute to business development and marketing activities.

Candidate Requirements

• If qualified, ideally have experience in quality real estate work from a large regional or city firm.
• Experience advising landlords and/or tenants on large property portfolios is preferred.
• For newly-qualified candidates, completion of a seat in Commercial Property/Real Estate law is desirable.
