An established industry player is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to support the Facilities Manager in ensuring compliance and managing service deliverables. This role involves administrative support, proactive management of helpdesk tasks, and overseeing soft services. Location: Lincoln
Working hours: Monday to Friday 07:30 - 16:30 (40 hours per week)
Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 DOE + OT

To support the Facilities Manager in ensuring compliance with the agreement between EMCOR UK and the client. The Facilities Coordinator will manage the service deliverables for all soft services to promote an ethos of teamwork and to instil a culture of continuous improvement. You'll also provide administrative support to ensure that our workflow is delivered effectively and efficiently.
