Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for optimizing operational processes? We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee our OPS process, including OneTime and TC.Net for both Projects and Add-Ons.

Our Ops team are the first of our consultants to contact and work with our clients to get information and complete tasks ahead of the project start so that we are ready to engage. Tasks include creating documents, hubs and maps from the information collected.

This is a new role and you will develop and document processes for various project types, manage a team of Ops consultants, and ensure our clients receive top-notch services. You will also provide training for staff, onboard new team members, and take direct control of assigned Ops projects, carrying a 30% Ops workload.

As a point of escalation for client issues, you will keep clients informed and monitor KPIs to ensure timely project completion. You will analyze weekly and monthly data, collaborate with Sales/Pre-Sales to enhance work received by OPS, and work with Implementation/Add-On teams to improve handovers. Your leadership will support team members in delivering effective solutions, promoting best practices, and ensuring client satisfaction. Your Key Responsibilities as an Operations Manager are :

• New Projects Ops Process
• Manage and maintain a high-performing implementation team that achieves results
• Ownership of Improvement and escalations within the Ops area.

• Leader experience
• Detailed EDI knowledge and experience of delivering effective EDI solutions.
• Process design/definition and documentation skills
