KWS UK Ltd. is looking for a new Regional Sales Manager - North! Are you ready to be the face of KWS in the northern market? This role will focus on delivering cross crop sales operations in Northern UK by focusing on serving customers through the optimal channels such as agencies and distributors.
Your Responsibilities:
- Executing cross crop sales activities for the northern region of the UK.
- Actively promote KWS products to farmers, agronomists, trade representatives, and others to influence purchasing decisions in favor of KWS hybrid and C2 seeds.
- Analyze and understand the market situation, evaluate future trends, and define action plans for the region.
- Provide market information feedback to KWS UK to support company action plans.
- Regularly attend relevant open days, field events, trade shows, etc.
- Design sales campaigns with the Commercial Director and marketing team, including price offers and contracts with customers and partners.
- Distribute trial/demo seed according to sales strategy.
- Support KWS in project-related work.
Your Qualifications:
- Preferred: academic degree in agricultural sciences, agricultural economics, or similar.
- Minimum 3 years of work experience in sales.
- Knowledge of the UK agricultural market and distribution channels.
