Position: Quality Manager

Location: Springfields, Preston

As a Quality Manager, you will oversee project quality arrangements for a portfolio of projects, including large EPC contracts. You will lead a team of quality professionals, ensuring activities align with our management system, policies, and strategies. The role involves supporting the development of the site’s integrated management system and maintaining independence to challenge management when necessary.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and ensure effective implementation of quality management systems to meet stakeholder and customer requirements.
• Promote a strong quality culture through stakeholder engagement and communication.
• Verify that products and outputs meet specified requirements through certification and verification processes.
• Develop and report on KPIs to monitor quality performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Ensure proper management of key business and project records in compliance with legal and contractual standards.
• Communicate quality requirements to suppliers and ensure delivery to specifications.

Qualifications
