We're seeking an innovative and experienced Senior Executive Assistant to support the CEO Office of the Meliore Foundation, working closely with the Chief of Staff. Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate operational activities for the CEO’s portfolio, maintaining systems and processes to manage priorities and workload, including action point tracking.
- Support the CEO and Chief of Staff with research, content development, stakeholder outreach, and meeting preparations.
- Engage with staff and partners to track priorities, incorporating them into strategic plans.
- Manage the CEO Office’s email inboxes, prioritize messages, and draft responses as needed.
- Plan and advise on the CEO’s schedule, including international travel arrangements and logistics.
Communication and Collaboration
- Facilitate information flow across senior leadership and manage knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate with the Governance team on Board requests and support engagement with other programs.
Funder and Program Engagement
- Assist with strategic partner engagement and logistics related to funders.
- Support program management and internal communications for Meliore initiatives.
Administrative Support
- Manage the CEO’s administration, including travel, expenses, and project support for events and working groups.
Skills and Qualifications
- Strong commitment to the mission of the Meliore Foundation and climate change advocacy.
- Proven experience in a similar executive support role, with excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Exceptional planning, project management, and prioritization skills.
- Ability to work independently under pressure, with proactive problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail, reliability, and proficiency with tools like Zoom, Slack, and Google Workspace.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
- High-quality writing skills and discretion with sensitive information.
