Do you love the challenge of digging into systems to ensure everything works perfectly?

This 6-month FTC is with a technology-first business powering some of the biggest names in the UK energy sector. Their platforms are central to the industry, and they’re growing rapidly.

As an Implementation Consultant, you’ll lead client onboarding from start to finish with a focus on testing and assurance. You’ll work closely with customers to scope requirements, guide them through rigorous integration and user testing phases, and ensure a smooth go-live. Internally, you’ll also help improve delivery processes and support less experienced team members.

There’s a lot of variety here, and even on a contract, your input will be valued and heard.

Here's a brief overview of your responsibilities:

• Managing full implementation cycles, from discovery to delivery
• Overseeing system integration and testing phases—ensuring accuracy, performance, and compliance
• Guiding clients through UAT and accreditation, providing support and best practices
• Troubleshooting issues and collaborating across teams to resolve them
• Shaping delivery approaches and mentoring junior staff
• Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives

Ideal candidate attributes include:

• Experience in implementation, consultancy, testing, or business analysis roles
• Strong attention to detail and confidence in leading clients through complex testing cycles
• A methodical problem-solving approach and proactive mindset
• Understanding of system integration and software delivery processes
• Knowledge of SQL Server or similar databases is a plus
• Experience in the energy sector is helpful but not essential
