A leading independent wine importer and distributor in London seeks a Sales Director to drive growth and manage a sales team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the wine industry, a strong track record in business development, and exceptional leadership skills. Sales Director – Independent Wine Importer and Distributor – London – Up to £80,000 (DOE)
I am excited to be partnered with a leading independent wine importer and distributor, which has been a regular in the Harpers Best Drink Supplier for a number of years. This business, with almost 10 years in the industry, has a well-known and highly regarded portfolio of producers covering a number of exciting locations.
We are searching for a Director-level candidate who can drive the growth of the business. The ideal Sales Director will be able to manage a team of salespeople and grow the £2m turnover through relationships, new business, and strategy, working alongside the founders.
The Sales Director will be hands-on, driven, and comfortable working in a small, growing team.
