National Health and Safety Business Partner | Hybrid | £45,000 - £55,000 DOE + £7,325 Car Allowance + Excellent Benefits

Do you have experience in shaping safety initiatives in a busy foodservice or FMCG environment?

This position offers a unique opportunity to work with a leading name in the fresh produce sector, part of a wider national group, delivering high-quality products to customers across the UK.

What can you expect in this role?
  1. Provide leadership, coaching, and subject-matter expertise to build a strong health and safety culture across the sites in Hoddesdon, Bradford, Wolverhampton & Salisbury.
  2. Ensure the site's compliance with UK health and safety legislation while supporting the broader UK health and safety strategy.
  3. Engage with staff at all levels to raise awareness and foster a commitment to health and safety.
  4. Oversee regular audits and inspections, assessing performance and identifying areas for improvement.
  5. Work with key internal and external stakeholders including contractors, regulators, and enforcement agencies.
What does this role offer you?
  1. A total package between £45,000 - £55,000 DOE, plus a £7,325 car allowance.

What we're looking for:
  1. Proven experience in a similar Health and Safety role, ideally within logistics, warehousing, or distribution environments.
  2. NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent) and IOSH membership (or working towards) preferred.
  3. Strong technical knowledge of health and safety legislation.
  4. A proactive and enthusiastic approach to health and safety.
