Ripon, North Yorkshire HG4

Salary: £35,000 per annum

Hours: Full Time, Permanent, Office Based (37.5 hours per week)

Location: Commutable from York, Ripon, Thirsk, Harrogate, Knaresborough, Boroughbridge

Hawk 3 Talent Solutions is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to provide comprehensive, generalist HR support to a team of over 160 employees. This key role involves shaping the people strategy and supporting the business's goal to become an industry leader. The position is based near Ripon, North Yorkshire.

The Role

Reporting to the Head of HR, this opportunity allows you to join a growing HR team within a leading specialist e-commerce, sales, and distribution company representing major UK and international brands committed to excellent service for consumers and corporate clients.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end HR support across all employee lifecycle stages
• Manage recruitment processes for seasonal and specialist roles
• Support internal communications to keep staff informed and engaged
• Coach and advise managers on performance, sickness, and disciplinary issues
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and legal requirements
• Assist with investigations and change initiatives to improve retention and engagement
• Collaborate with Payroll and Admin teams to maintain accurate employee records

Candidate Requirements

• CIPD Level 5 qualification or working towards it
• Proven HR generalist experience, preferably in an SME environment
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships at all levels
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and deadline management
• Experience with payroll data is desirable
