What you'll be doing

This is a permanent role covering locations including Pinner, Ruislip, Uxbridge, Northolt, Hayes, Southall, Greenford, Ealing, Acton, Stanmore, Edgware, Harrow, Wembley, Willesden, Harlesden, Finchley, Golders Green, Wood Green, North Finchley, Tottenham, Islington, Edmonton, Whetstone, Enfield, Barnet, Northwood.

You will work 40 hours per week, four days a week, on a shift pattern between 7am and 8pm, Monday to Sunday, with opportunities for overtime at your discretion.

We will provide a Green Flag vehicle, and you will start your day from your home. Our customers' vehicles facilitate daily life — whether for shopping, school runs, or holidays. Sometimes, they need assistance to get back on the road, and that's where you'll come in. You'll use your technical knowledge to diagnose issues like being out of fuel, tyre repairs, or battery replacements, and carry a full kit to assist them efficiently, ensuring they can continue their journey with confidence.

• Up to £40,000 base salary depending on experience, with OTE of £44,000-£48,000, plus a 9% employer-contributed pension and overtime opportunities.

What you'll need

• Be 21 years or over for insurance purposes.
• A current Category B driving license.
• NVQ Level 2 or similar accreditation in light vehicle maintenance (preferred).
• Empathy and a commitment to achieving the correct outcome.
• Experience in the Motor Repair industry.
• Experience working alone (desirable).
• Knowledge of up-to-date vehicle repair techniques.
• Adherence to best practices and safety standards.
• Ability to collaborate with dispatch to enhance the customer claims journey.
• Self-initiative and proactive problem-solving skills.
