Job Description:

Are you a driven and commercially savvy National Account Manager with experience in the grocery channel? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment? If so, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

We’re working with a leading beverage brand that has taken the market by storm, building a strong presence in the UK and beyond. This is an exciting chance to join a passionate team, working on some of the most recognizable products in the category.

The Role

As a National Account Manager, you will take full ownership of major grocery accounts, including Tesco, Co-op, and Morrisons. You will be responsible for driving sales, developing strategic plans, and executing best-in-class activations to maximize growth.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Full P&L ownership for key grocery accounts
  2. Develop and implement customer strategies to drive distribution, availability, and promotional performance
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners
  4. Lead trade activations, shopper marketing initiatives, and ESG-driven projects
  5. Analyze market data to identify trends and opportunities
  6. Work cross-functionally with marketing, category, and supply chain teams
What We’re Looking For
  1. 2+ years of grocery account management experience
  2. Ideally experience working with Tesco (at least 1 year preferred)
  3. Strong commercial and numerical acumen, with the ability to analyze data and drive decision-making
  4. A passion for FMCG and an entrepreneurial mindset
  5. Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills
