Engineering Manager

About Us

We acquire and operate a portfolio of amazing software assets. We typically buy niche, profitable software companies and focus on improving and growing them.

The Role

As an Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Setting and reviewing product and engineering roadmaps across our portfolio companies
• Managing technical interventions and leading incident response for critical issues, serving as the escalation point and providing hands-on architectural guidance when needed
• Mentoring and developing engineering talent across multiple business units
• Establishing and enforcing engineering standards, best practices, and quality metrics while implementing effective change management during acquisitions and technology migrations
• Strategically allocating engineering resources across portfolio companies based on business priorities and partnering with recruiting to build high-performing teams

You’ll report directly to the founder and CTO with high ownership.

Compensation:

• Up to GBP 150k depending on skills and experience
